Gang Aom Gai (Northern Thai Spicy Soup with Chicken)
Chicken wings 120 Grams
Lemongrass 2 Tablespoons
Shallots 2 Tablespoons
Hot chilies 5 Dills ¼ Cup
Spring onion¼ Cup
Cabbages ¼ Cup
Thai Eggplants 2
Sweet basils ¼ Cup
Fish sauce 2 Tablespoons
Fermented fish stock 1 Tablespoon
Pound lemongrass, shallots, and hot chilies and boil with stock until fragrance.
Add chicken, seasoning mixture and bring to boiling.
Add Thai eggplants, cabbage, dills, spring onion, sweet basil. Lift from heat.
