Pad Ka Prao Kai (Chicken Fried in Holy Basil Leaves)

Ingredients
Minced Red spur chilies 1 Tablespoons
Garlic 1 Tablespoons
Chicken 120 Grams
Chicken stock ¼Cup
Onion ¼ Cup
Holy Basil Leaves ¼Cup
Red Spur Chilli ½

Seasoning Mixture Ingredients
Fish Sauce 2 Teaspoons
Oyster Sauce 2 Teaspoons
Seasoning Sauce 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon

Instructions

Pound garlic , hot chillies and red spur chillies.

Stir fry pounded garlic and chillies with chicken until cooked.

Add seasoning mixture, chicken stock, onion and holy basil leaves. Stir until cooked and leave from heat.
