Tom Kha Gai (Thai Chicken Soup in Coconut Milk)

Coconut milk 1 Cup
Galangal 1 inch
Lemongrass 1
Chicken 150 Grams
straw mushroom, ½ Cup
kaffir lime leaves 2
Coconut cream ½ Cup

Seasoning Mixture Ingredients
Fish sauce 2 Tablespoons
Lime juice 2 Tablespoons
Small hot chilies, crushed 5


Boil coconut milk, lemongrass, and galangal.

Add chicken, mushroom and simmer until cooked.

Add fish sauce and hot chilies, kaffir lime leaves, coconut cream, and lime juice.

Spoon onto a serving bowl and sprinkle with coriander leaves before serving.
