Tom Sab Kradook On (Spicy soup with pork ribs)

Spare ribs 180 Grams
Lemongrass 2 Tablespoons
Galangal 2 Tablespoons
Shallots 1 Tablespoons
Kaffir lime leaves 3
Sawtooth coriander 2 Tablespoons
Spring onion 2 Tablespoons
Thai basil 2 Tablespoons
Hot chilies 5
Stock 2 Cups

Seasoning Mixture
Fish sauce 2 Tablespoons
Lime juice 2 Tablespoons
Salt ½ Teaspoons
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Roasted rice powder 1 Tablespoon


Boil stock with galangal, lemongrass, shallots, kaffir lime leaves until boiling.

Add spare ribs and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add seasoning mixture, sawtooth coriander, spring onion, hot chilies and Thai basil.
